The MFA is proud to announce a series of live conversations exclusively for MFA members!

Filmmaker Mike P. Nelson joins us October 14th for a conversation about directing, building a career, and making movies from Minnesota. A nationally acclaimed director working in the studio system, Mike is the mastermind behind "Beware Boiuna" (in theaters now) and was just announced as the director of the next installment of the Saw franchise. We’re lucky that he calls Minnesota home.

Bring your questions. We'll talk filmmaking, the industry, and what it takes to keep creating here.

Open to the first 100 MFA members!
